We treat your health and wellness data with heightened care. Specifically:
- We do not use your health data for targeted advertising.
- We obtain your consent before processing sensitive categories of data where required by law.
- You may disconnect linked health services, revoke permissions, or delete health data at any time through your account settings.
- If you choose to share data with a clinician or community, that recipient becomes responsible for how they use it.
Note: ÂME is a wellness service, not a healthcare provider. We are not a HIPAA-covered entity unless we operate as a business associate to such an entity under a written agreement. Our Services are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.
