1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using ÂME services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Services Description
ÂME provides medical-led wellness services, including but not limited to:
- Medical weight management consultations
- Medical assessments and diagnostics
- Body composition analysis
- Wellness consultations and lifestyle optimization
- Online consultation services
3. Health and Safety
Before participating in any wellness program, you must:
- Complete all required health questionnaires and assessments
- Disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations
- Obtain medical clearance if recommended by our staff
- Inform us of any changes to your health status
You acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks. You agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur during your participation in our programs.
4. Booking and Cancellation Policy
Booking
Sessions must be booked in advance through our scheduling system. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or valid membership status.
Cancellations
- Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: Full refund or session credit
- Cancellations made within 24 hours: 50% charge applies
- No-shows: Full session charge applies
- Late arrivals: Session will end at the originally scheduled time
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved payment methods.
- Package prices are valid for 12 months from purchase date
- Unused sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Membership fees are billed monthly and may be cancelled with 30 days notice
- All prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
6. Code of Conduct
All clients are expected to:
- Treat staff and other clients with respect and courtesy
- Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
- Wear appropriate workout attire and footwear
- Follow all facility rules and trainer instructions
- Maintain good personal hygiene
- Report any equipment issues or safety concerns
7. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to wellness programs, educational materials, and branding, is the property of ÂME and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ÂME shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service, is harmful to other clients or staff, or is otherwise inappropriate.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
